At Azarhia, we know as a mom, camp buyer or store owner, you want apparel that is fun, unique & most importantly SELLS OUT! You need a vendor that is easy to work with and breaks all the rules of decades old, boring apparel design options. We create custom designs that are on-trend, kid & adult approved, and exciting to wear.

INFO WE NEED FROM YOU:

• View our catalog of spirit wear and let us know which designs you like and/or send us ideas you have
• Are there any specific colors, logo’s, fonts symbols...
• Who are the end users such as students & teachers?
• What is the target price range for the end products?
• Please provide a rough estimate of the quantity that will be ordered

WHAT WE DO:

• We will create sample designs and send you mock ups on the various garments
• We will make changes per your request until we have a final design you love.
• We handle the entire production process so you will be worry free!

HOW THE DESIGNS GET STARTED:

• Decide what items you are needing such as boy shirt, boy short, girl shirt, stickers/decals...
• We require $100 retainer per item and/or design for us to start the design process.
• Once we go to production, the $100 will be applied to the cost of the item.
• If the item never goes into production, the retainer is consumed through the design process and non-refundable
• Three revisions are allowed per item. After the three revisions are expended, a $150 per hour design fee will start with a 1 hour minimum.
• In production there is a 2% margin of error. If you are ordering EXACTLY what you need and an item is damaged in production, if it is less than 2% of the total order it will NOT be reprinted. You may want to order extra items to cover any errors in production.
• Pre-payment is required on all orders unless other arrangements have been made. If there is a damaged item, we will apply a credit or give a refund for the item, your choice.
