Refunds: Accepted returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items only. Original shipping costs are not refunded or included as a part of the refund.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must arrive back at our warehouse on or before the 30th day to receive a refund.
The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached, labels, and packaging intact. There must be no defects, no stains, no animal hair, no odors or signs the item(s) have been worn or used and all packing slips included with the return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email: Erika@azarhia.com to receive your return label. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect item received, or mistake on our part. If you choose to use our label, we will deduct $10 from your refund. If you want to use your own label you will receive a refund for the full amount of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Processing of Returns:
Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 days of receipt of the return, and you will receive an email when the process is complete.
Exchanges:
Need to exchange an item? Please email erika@azarhia.com to initiate an exchange. M-F 8AM- 5PM CDT. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) has been received and processed. If this is a mistake on the customer’s end, you will be charged $10 return fee and $10 for shipment of the correct item.
Damaged/Wrong Items:
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
Lost Packages
Once your item(s) are shipped, your package is out of our hands. Azarhia is NOT responsible for ANY lost packages. We can help investigate and see about finding the location of your package.
